Reporting the winnings in non-US waters is your responsibility, not the ships, that is why I asked if the ship was in US waters.

Since the odds on machines are changeable by the casino, I would advise not discussing with the Casino prior to the event.....just show up and do your thing. They are NOT there to help....

 

Sorry, but they cannot just change the odds on slot machines.

I guess it's up to each line's policy, celebrity apparently doesn't while ncl does.
