Goa and the beach

I don't want to do the ship's tour. I only want to do about a 4 hour trip to a beach. Can anyone tell me if Taxi's are available easily or a tour operator that offers a short trip to the beach

We've just come back from a cruise, stopping at Goa, and found the most wonderful taxi driver who took us all round Goa, including the beach, and even came into shops with us, when we wanted, to make sure we were ok.
