What's Known About British Cruise Transfers?

I've been looking at getting a private transfer from Heathrow to Harwich. I found this company -- British Cruise Transfers (http://www.britishcruisetransfers.co.uk) -- that has reasonable prices. Can anyone tell me whether this is a reputable and reliable company for a private transfer? Thanks.

Airport Only appears to be parent co. for batransfer, britishairporttransfer, britishcruisetransfers, and airportonly.

 

Just booked 14 June 2013 transfer from Central London hotel to Harwich with them, after exhaustive search for recent reviews. Some inconclusive mention of batransfer. Didn't see red flags, but some rave reviews:
