When I was onboard Journey, there was an ATM. It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure Journey still has one. Hope this helps !

The Jouney has an ATM on deck 4. This is the deck that custemor services is on as well. It only dispensed American$ and each time you withdrew cash there was a charge of 6$. We were on the Journey last week, and found that there was no way we could change American$ into local currancy aboard the ship. They would change larger bills into smaller ones though.
