CEO of Caribe Deck Posted May 12, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 12, 2013 I am having issues with Princess CS. I checked the website for suite cabin availability and found at least 4 available. I wanted to change an existing booking to move up to one of the suites. After spending quite a while on hold I was finally told "nothing available". Did the agent just give up? S/he said that she needed to talk to another department, thus the long time on hold. Anyway, Princess has missed out on an easy sale due to poor CS and/or bad info on their website.
