Where does one find rain pants?

Probably any sporting goods section of a store, or, sporting goods store.

Where does one find rain pants?

 

I just found a pair for $10 and a nicer pair for $20 at Walmart near the camping and fishing stuff. I ended up buying the nicer pair because my husband coaches soccer and they play rain or shine so he will wear them. He wanted to know why I hadn't found them 5 years ago when he started coaching.
