Best Salmon Bake in Juneau/Skagway/Katchikan?

Looking for a salmon bake to go to that we can just take a taxi and then leave when were ready.

 

Are taxi's readily available?

 

Dont want to book through Princess we'll be there next week!

Found the answer... should of searched first. Gold Creek Salmon Bus looks like the best answer.

Actually the salmon bakes do a decent job, but they are large banquet type eateries. If you truly want some better salmon, there are some restaurants in Juneau which offer this.
