Dragons breath coaster. Getting the most for my money

Does anybody have any thoughts/ experience with the all day passes for the coaster? I was reading the details on the shore excursion brochure for this and it does say that with the purchase of one ticket you can take someone with you for free. I am just thinking that that might be the most cost effective way to get a few rides on the coaster with the kids. They are too young to ride by themselves (6,6,8) so if I buy 2 tickets DH can take one kid while I wait with the other two then I can take another kid while he waits and we just can repeat this for a while. Does this sound like it would take too much time? How long does it take to get back to the starting place from where the coaster ends?

Thats what we did.

We bought 3 tickets.

My DH and me took our daughter with us and she rode by herself once so she got to do it 3 times, the only painful thing is they make you watch the instruction video each time you ride, and they move...........one speed . . . slow (the attendants that is........the ride is fun!)

Enjoy, we did.

So you did just the single ride not the all day access pass? How long do you think it took for you to ride the 3 times?

are we talking "spring break at Disney World" lines??

No not at all.

We got off the Freedom as soon as we could.

We walked to the beach put our towels and bag down.

We leisurely walked to the check-in area for the ride.

The attendant took our ticket and we signed the waiver. Also bought a t-shirt.

We walked about 50 yards to the area to get in line for the ride.

We were 4-5-6 rider.

Watched the safety video.

Rode the ride.

Got off.

Got in line, watched the video again maybe about 10 people in line ahead of us.

Waited about 10 min for our next turn.

Mind you they only have about 6 (something like that) individual cars to put on the track, so those people watch the video and then are set to start their adventure.

Each car holds upto 2 people or a single rider.

Each car has its own brake if you chose to use it.

The people in front of my daughter used theirs non stop.....so she just used hers to slow herself down to a snails pace and they finally took off and got far enough ahead of her she let lose and she screamed herself down the hill, having the time of her life.

I feel an all day pass would not be used with everything else to do on Labadee.

We do the jet skis, go to the vendors to be harassed.

Play beach volleyball, eat...sun, swim.

We enjoyed it, but, there was other stuff to do.
