Toy shop in French Quarter

We are staying just off Jackson Square and would like to find a toy store nearby to get souvenir dolls. Does anyone know a good store or perhaps a specific souvenir place where I could find some? thanks Shar:)

There are 3 that I know of::Jamie Hayes Gallery, 617 Chartres St. is a must see,even if you don't buy anything she has website jamiehayes dot com. Also there is Oh'susannah, 518 St.Peter st. The 3rd one is Little Toy Shops.513 St. Ann St. Have fun!

Thank you we are actually staying on Chartres St. so I'll definitely take a look there. I won't have to carry stuff to far to get back to the hotel. Shar

Don't forget to try some beignets at Cafe du Monde. So yummy!
