*LOL* I think I went on a sugar vacation! *GRIN* First Christmas.....then Valentine's Day ("but Hunny - I ONLY bought you the SMALL box of godiva truffles!") **LOL**...and then Easter with those EVIL Cadbury mini-eggs and easter-wrapped mini-reeses cups! *LOL*

but DAMN !!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was good !! *LOL*

stayed Atkins true other than that - and that was only worth 3 lbs ! *S*

Back in the saddle again!!

That means candy is on for half-price. Yes, four times a year, Nov 1, Dec 26, Feb 15 and the day after Easter, that yummy, chocolate is at least half price, if more even less.

You guys are awful!

I did discover some wonderful sugarless candy a couple of weeks back that does help with the sugar cravings. They are made by Bresslers (yes, the ice cream people) and are made with Splenda (not aspartame!). They really help when you just have to have something sweet!

Lill!! Thank you SO MUCH !! The "bright side" was this sugar high had me repainting the entire inside of the house and tile-ing the bathroom and kitchen floors - WHO CARED that I had NEVER done that before??!! *LOL*

Truthfully - I was REALLY surprised that I just gained 3 lbs - and this nutritionist i'm teaching classes with was telling me your body can retain water, etc if you don't sleep, etc/ I'm like "Oh Sure!!!! 3 handfuls of Cadbury Mini-Eggs are keeping me awake?" *LOL*

I WAS WONDERING WHERE YOU WERE HIDING.
(OK I guess you'll see that I'm so X@*& glad to see you)...
Think our DHs are somewhat related... Mike went to Belgium.. and guess what the dear one brought back "for the kiddies"...
managed to "resist" it until Wednesday night.. (PMS, life's frustrations etc)... am sort of "paying for it now" in pain of back and stuff. (and it was the "cheaper" stuff he brought back.. not the good stuff .. still in the kilo box... supposed to be the local stuff better than Godiva lol).
I've looked all over for your e-mail misplaced it... if you still have mine.. since it's not in the profile anymore, please drop me a life-
line... (as I posted in another thread.. I've fallen and I can't get up... though trying to finish up day 2 of induction.. if it's really worth it?)
