We did a repo in the opposite direction in April last year and really enjoyed it - you get an unusual mix of ports on those which make them very interesting. I had a look at your ports but can't help much except for Rhodes and Athens - both easy DiY if you want to. We had two days in Haifa - it was supposed to be one each in Ashdod and Haifa but it changed whilst we were on board but I don't know why. We did a Jerusalem trip which was amazing though.

 

I believe Alanya is a pretty place and again possible for DiY but I'm sure someone will have some first hand experience and more info on that for you.
