Wine prices in Europe

I have been trying to figure out whether to do a wine package for Eastern Med cruise June 23rd on the Navigator. I have found a lot of helpful threads about wine prices and the package prices. BUT the wine package they are offering for our cruise online is higher than the US cruise prices. And when I try to do the comparisons that everyone else does, I am assuming that the wines per bottle/glass are more expensive as well?

 

So I guess what I am asking is does anyone have European prices for wine bottles/glass charges etc.? Or where could I find this information?

(oh and yes we will be buying a couple bottles for boarding in Italy, glad they implemented that policy!)
