Horse Drawn Carriage Tour in Nassau

We're interested in taking a horse drawn carriage tour of Nassau and we're hoping we could do so with three adults (DH, mom & me) plus my 16 month old (on my lap). But I just read in a Frommer's guide that the maximum load is two adults plus one child under 12 or three "small" adults. Has anyone done this tour with three adults and a baby? None of us are big sized, DH is 165 lbs and my mom and I combined weigh less than 250 lbs. If we can't do this then I want to make alternative plans in advance instead of waiting to decide at the last minute.
