Traffic to Cape Liberty on a Thursday

I will be cruising this Thursday out of Cape Liberty. Can anyone report on what the traffic from the MD/DE area to Bayonne on a Thursday is like?

 

My GPS, which takes traffic into consideration, is reporting that the trip should take 2 hours 40 minutes. I checked it a few mornings last week before heading to work and got the same result. Can anyone confirm this?

I'd add 45 minutes to an hour to what your GPS shows. You may not need it, but a traffic jam can occur at any time. I've driven often enough between NJ and Maryland to know you can't predict traffic.
