Who plans the cruises in your household

Pretty much an equal effort here with us. I've planned some and the wife has planned some, including booking our upcoming cruise. We both pretty much decide on what to do in the various ports.

Me (woman). I do the research, present the options, then we decide together. Sounds fair right? Not so much!! The research takes hours and hours and hours by myself, the decision doesn't take so long! :rolleyes: I also do the packing, the shopping, preparing the house, prepaying bills, etc. I prefer it this way - I'm a bit of a control freak too and this way I know whats done, what my choices are, and I'll take the blame for anything missed.

I do all the research, so the planner is me/woman. Husband always seems to love any trip I plan for us. :)

I do all the planning and booking - DH usually doesn't care where we go or what ship we're on. This year when we got to the pier he pointed to the 2 Carnival ships docked there and said that one or that one???? DD is the same way - although they are getting a little more involved for next years cruise. They comb the cable channels for documentaries on the Panama Canal.

I did all the research and made my presentations to the CEO and Chairperson of the Board. Once approved, I booked them (writing up the resolutions took more time than the research)
