Tom's Barefoot Tours

Anyone have any ideas what is up with these tours? They seem to be pretty good deals.

I used Tom's Barefoot Tours for a number of excursions on Maui. Picked up the vouchers in Lahaina and had no problems. Tours were exactly as stated. Tom's is a 3rd party vendor, they don't actually run the tours themselves, just selling the various tickets.
