I'm not doing LA Weight Loss, but my sister, sister-in-law & niece are all doing it! DS lost 26 lbs., SIL lost 20 lbs. & niece lost 50 some pounds! Needless to say they are all happy!!

I do low carb and have been since Feb. 2nd and have lost 30 lbs. to date. I also go to Curves 3 times a week and enjoy that alot.

Stick with it and you will have the next 21 gone before you know it!

been on this diet for six months yes I lost weight but I don't feel the diet lets you live a normal life after the weights off. The best diet is Weight Watchers it lets you live a more resonible life style.

Just my feelings.

GinaandAl,

I'm also doing Curves missed this morning. Do you like it? I love it. This has been the longest exercise program that I've been on. Have you heard of anyone getting hurt at Curves on the equipment?

I did LA Weight Loss about a year ago for almost a year. I lost 78 pounds. However, I really got tired of being so restricted and once I returned from a cruise I didn't go back. Of course, the weight is coming back on. It is very very restrictive and you have to follow the plan to the inch. It does work, but it really is hard to follow if you don't go to the visits 3 times a week. It is also expensive when you have to buy their products. I must admit that I really am very upset with myself for putting the weight back on and I am trying to come up with some way to get it off again. I am thinking Weight Watchers but I am worried about whether I can kept up with the points.

Hi Joycelyn - Yes, I love Curves too! I actually look forward to going my 3x's a week. My only regret is that I didn't join a year ago when my friend asked me to join. My DH can't believe after 4 months, I'm still going. If you knew how I hated any form of exercise, but there is something about Curves that keeps me going back! Never heard of anyone getting hurt there??

Sonchyne4U - I do low carb WOE now and like it and think I could really live this way for life. I did do Weight Watcher's about 10 years ago and lost 50 lbs. and kept it off for about 3 years then slowly it came back. I just didn't want to spend the money this time around so I come to these boards for my "meeting!" I think if you did LA you could do WW!

Best of luck whatever you choose.

Hi Ginny,

I can't beleive I'm still going to Curves too. I've been going very consistently since Jan. I go now 4-5 times a week some weeks. But definetely 3 days. I have never liked any form of exercise either and I played Basketball in high school, where I used to run 3 miles a day. Gotta go, on my way to Curves now.
