sail_ORN Posted June 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2013 I Just booked a studio on the Epic! They accepted the HSN deal, so I have $100 in OBC. The agent said it could be used for anything, even though they want folks to use it on a dinner for two plus a bottle of wine.... I think I'll try Cagneys', since I haven't done the upgraded dining yet I love having a cruise to look forward to! :D
janetlm Posted June 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2013 You are right, it is so much fun looking forward to a cruise. I love it!!:D It usually becomes real for me when I book airline tickets. Then I book the hotel. I get on line and find some new cruise buddies. :D And then, I usually start planning stuff on the ship and excursions. It keeps me busy and happy for months prior to the cruise. I go on the cruise and have a great time. :D Then I enter post- cruise depression.:( It gets better when I start planning the next cruise. Then I am all better when I book the next one. :D It is a pattern familiar to many of us ... <sigh>
sail_ORN Posted June 17, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Oh, I know it Janet! I really enjoy the planning. I'm trying to work my way up to having more than one cruise booked at a time... ;)

WestCoastCruiser123 Posted June 17, 2013 #5 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Donna - I'll wave to you as I'm sadly walking off. I have a studio the week before you. I also got the HSN deal... thanks to CC for that great deal. scrapnana- see http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1840114&highlight=hsn It's a $100 OBC for NCL cruises booked by 6/30. NCL would not apply it to my existing reservation. So I got a better deal through a TA and then they were also able to apply the HSN.
