Hello all. New to MSC and had a couple of questions.

 

For the Yacht Club level, are there differences between the 15th and 16th deck rooms? I want one with a balcony but can't really tell any differences between the two floors.

 

Is laundry/dry cleaning included in YC fares?

 

How is check in at Miami?

 

What type of room service is available for breakfast?

 

Is the private dining room available for lunch on the first day of boarding?
