CCL Gift choices

Recommended Posts

Have only ordered an Anniversary cake a few years ago, BUT, with so much food available do you really think a fruit basket will be eaten during your cruise?

Wine rarely goes to waste, or even chocolate, but not so sure about fruit  JMHO

I would also not recommend ordering a fruit basket. There is so much food always available.

There seems to always be "healthy dishes" available on the menus.

Room service is available 24/7.

Champagne or wine...would be my recommendation. Champagne @ sailaway is fun.

Tim, yes there are fresh fruits offered daily on the ship. On Lido Deck in the mornings, there are baskets of bananas, apples, oranges.

In the dining room, you can order fresh fruit for every meal, if you like. For instance, on the breakfast menu: grapefruit, banana, melon in season, orange, grapefruit sections.

Also, on room service menu: 'whole fresh fruits'. (For a healthy snack, I've ordered the crudites of fresh veggies w/bleu cheese dip.)

You can definitely eat 'healthy' on Carnival ships. You'll find healthy choices on the dining room menus. The have 'spa' selections, which are lower in calories, sodium, cholesterol, and fat. You can also order desserts made with art.sweeteners, and diet dressing for your salads.

No worries for you and your fiancee' - happy cruising!:)
