Thursday Weigh In - Me First I Guess

Congrats to all the losers on this thread and welcome to all the new posters.

 

Since writing on Thursday I have dropped two of those three pounds. It was weird. Like the closer I got to the cruise, the more I wanted to eat. All of my diet had gone out the window. Well, I'm back on track and will stay that way. This is a promise to myself. Everyone have a great weekend.

Hi All,

Figured I'd join for the support. I weighed in at 152 this morning. I'm back on a modified Atkins. Hoping to lose 22lbs in the next 103 days before we cruise! Glad for any tips, things that work etc. I heard that you should drink 100oz of water a day? Is that true?

Used to be 180 something pounds pre Atkins, never managed to lose that last 20+ lbs, ready to do it now! Wish me well!

Pam, you can come up anytime your little heart desires. It's been a bit cool lately but next week is supposed to be 25 - 28C. What's that - 80 ish? Perfect deck weather. I got the neatest present for my birthday. A bottle of tequilla and a bucket of mix to make margarita shushies. Oh the trouble we could get into.
