Can I order a gift or hamper to be in the cabin on embarkation day?

I'm cruising with my extended family on Carnival Spirit out of Sydney at the end of July.

 

My father is very generously paying for the whole family (10 people altogether ) and I would love to have a special thank you gift waiting for him in his cabin when he embarks.

 

Is this possible? How would I organise it? Or if it's not possible, what else could I do as a special thank you?

There is a fruit and wine basket which also has a few cheeses and crackers. Or get it without wine. Other items also on Bon Voyage site. It's always fun to go into the cabin and find a gift!
