MyMimi Posted March 7, 2014 #153 Share Posted March 7, 2014 Hi, we are booked in this cabin next year:). I'm a little confused on the layout. Are there 2 TV's? Is the veranda bigger than the most other cabins? When does the soot appear? We like to be out for sail off and breakfast:). Thanks! Mimi
MyMimi Posted March 29, 2014 #154 Share Posted March 29, 2014 Is the bed next to the veranda or the pull out couch? Is this R735? We are on the Royal Princess next year. Any info or pics would be greatly appreciated:)
JoAnneNYI Posted March 29, 2014 #155 Share Posted March 29, 2014 Do most balconies have doors that can be opened when have 2 cabins together?
IECalCruiser Posted March 29, 2014 #156 Share Posted March 29, 2014 (edited) Do most balconies have doors that can be opened when have 2 cabins together?Yes. I have noticed that there is now a note when you look at a cabin on the decks plans that shows when there is no door between adjoining balconies. There are a number of such cabins on the Island and Coral for example. travelgirl45 Posted January 26, 2015 #162 Share Posted January 26, 2015 I have no clue what the fuss is about the cabin and balcony, unless it is obstructed. It is what it is ! ! . Be THANKFUL that you have the health and the means to go on a cruise. ENJOY ! !
MyMimi Posted January 26, 2015 #163 Share Posted January 26, 2015 Fuss? We work really hard to be able to afford our vacations! This forum is to find information so that the expectations are more clear for what we have or will be purchasing. And to fact find to be sure it fits our needs. I wish I could afford to just spend money and make the best of it. CC is full of posts inquiring about details, suggestions and reviews. That's why I am here. I AM so grateful that I am healthy enough to experience exploring the ocean on a beautiful cruise ship at this time in my life. AS PER THE AFT CABINS, I hope to contribute to this post soon with pictures, etc.! I did finally conclude that I was confusing B735 with R735 as they are two entirely different type cabins. Next time I'll pay attention to details! And maybe someday I will be able to afford one of those gorgeous wrap around aft cabins! I appreciate everyone's time and effort to this thread of helpful information!
MessyCat Posted January 28, 2015 #164 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Hello MyMimi Sorry that I didn't reply earlier - I haven't been following CC as we had to cancel our hols for personal reasons. I understand you have sorted out the misunderstanding of cabin nos. We thought Royal Princess was a lovely ship. International Café; Alfredos; Horizon Court; the Piazza entertainment; Gelato; Balcony Dinner; Dixieland Jazz; the Piazza and the Staff were all excellent. Some not very good photos: http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3374_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3500_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3437_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3403_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3561_640x475_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3567_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3322_640x480_1.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3273_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3327_640x480_.jpg http://pictures.cruisecritic.com/data/522/IMG_3369_640x480_.jpg Have an excellent cruise and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
