NCL Jewel to Montego Bay

I'm confused. Wy wouldn't they have any excursions listed for this port? They have them for Grand Cayman & Coz, but not the other. I'm confused!

It baffles me too. I keep expecting to see a port change or something. Why would they choose to have an itinerary with no excursions for a port? If they are 'trying out' this itinerary for a few cruises, it seems that they are not very serious about making it successful.
