Country Inn and Suites at Port Canaveral

Just wondering who has stayed here and used the cruise parking and shuttle.

Stayed there several times. Nice hotel and they have the same husband and wife shuttle drivers since they opened....they are great!

We've stayed there. And it's great. The rooms are clean, and the complimentary breakfast, although nothing fancy, was a $$ saver.

They have really cool family rooms with bunk beds in a separate sleeping area with its own TV. Definitely worth it if you're traveling with little ones.

They also have a nice pool. Again, nothing fancy. But it's nice.

They recommended a wonderful Mexican restaurant for lunch. I'm sorry I can't remember the name. And we went to Fish Lips on the water for dinner. Don't miss Fish Lips. It will really get you excited for the cruise.

There's also a huge Ron Jon's store nearby. Really fun if you're in the mood to shop.

The shuttle to the port was great. They had a schedule for certain times. But the driver saw us with our suitcases and asked if we were going to the port. When we said yes, he made a special trip just for us.

All in all, highly recommend.

Have stayed there several times and really liked it until we stayed June 1st. We had room 217 right at the top of the staircase in the lobby and our room was literally 3 feet from the ice machine and coke machine with no barrier at all to buffer the noise. It was terrible! Got no sleep at all. Asked to be moved but it was full so we couldn't. I still think it's a great hotel for the pre-cruise stay but just make sure you don't get room 217. ;)

We stayed here and it was a great stay. Very convenient to the port. A bit of a wait for the shuttle to the port but there was plenty of seating while we waited. We would definitely use them again. I second the comment about Fishlips. Food was great and we really enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck watching the Monarch sail out as we ate.
