Fitness Boot Camp Question

My last cruise was on the Victory and in touring the spa I learned about the Carnival fitness boot camp that was offered. I would have loved to participate but our time was already committed with shore excursions.

 

Has anyone done the boot camp? Did you enjoy it and feel like it was worthwhile? Did this leave time to enjoy the ports as well?

There seems to be much more interest in food and drinks on this board rather than fitness. lol...

I dont think its an all day event== i thought it was just a workout.

 

(yikes-- cant imagine spending that kind of money for a cruise only to do a boot camp
