Looking for a water tour guide recommendation

Looking for some one to take the two of us to Champagne Reef to snorkeling (we have our own gear), Mero Beach, just to check it out and walk the beach a little bit and then whale watching. Looking for a 4 or 5 hour excursion. We will be there only one day during a cruise stop third week of December. Do you have a recommendation?

except whales , I think was hot springs the second place......
