For slots? Then, basically yes as long as you are not in port or nearing port. For table games they close, but they close pretty late so you should have plenty of time......

I was mostly asking for the poker, when on vacation especially in Las Vegas i like to play Lon into the morning.

 

Will you say they are open to atleast 3 or 4?

I would say three. It will depend on how many people are in the casino at the time......
