Flying home right after the cruise- Carnival Elation... What is safe time for flight?

I have never been to NO but it looks like the port is like 20-30 min away? This would be a Thursday and I would like to book a flight but not sure how early I can do this. Is 11 ok or 12?

30 minutes to the airport is about right, and there will be plenty of cabs at the terminal.

 

There is some construction on I-10 between the CBD and the airport, but lane closures are mostly at night.

they recommend 1130. My flight got moved back to 1030 and when I asked it was pretty unanimous that was too close to chance it.

Thank you both for responding. I think I will be safe and book a flight for around 12-1230!!

Many times people get to the airport by 10 AM but, stuff happens. For example, tomorrow the Elation will be arriving at least 3 hours late due to a sunken boat in the river.
