shrimp56 Posted July 3, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2013 We were in a Vista "Suite" cat. B on Veendam for a 7 day cruise and got 7 extra cruise days for that. On the Eurodam we in are on a VF GUAR, called a "Veranda "stateroom", which for the life of me looks like a Vista "suite, but I'm assuming since it's not called a SUITE the only extra cruise days will be from onboard spend. Jemima Posted July 3, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 3, 2013 That's correct. All veranda cabins on R and S class ships recieve the extra suite days. The various V cabins on Vista and Signature class do not. We've only booked verandas twice. We booked a B on the Zaandam (R class) and received the bonus suite days. Our upcoming cruise is on the Westerdam (Vista class) in a VF guarantee. We will not receive the suite days. What would happen if our VF guarantee were upgraded or we took an upsell to one of the various suites? We would not receive the bonus suite days because those are based on the category booked. George C Posted July 3, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 3, 2013 We had an A on sister ship Maasdam and it is so much smaller than the SS on Westerdam, tiny bathroom, but double days
