Which nights are elegant?

We're taking a 6 day on the Miracle and I'm wondering which two nights are cruise elegant? I'm planning to make a reservation in the steakhouse on one of the non-elegant nights.

The first night is always never going to be a elegant night - and you get a free bottle of wine if you go the first night, so I'd recommend that night. I think the first sea day is usually an elegant night.
