Navigator Balcony question

We will have two balcony cabins on the Navigator next summer. The RCCl agent said the balconies do not open up. I thought they all had a door that the cabin steward can unlock. Thoughts????

The side facing balconies have partitions than can open on Navigator. However, it is up to the ship's management if it will be allowed.

When I was on the Navigator the cabin steward told me that they were not permitted to open the dividers. I'm not sure why, perhaps some sort of safety issue with the design?

Thanks. We've been on several RCCL ships and have always seen the the locks on the dividers but have never had two balconies. We had hoped to be able to open it but the agent said there were no adjoining balconies. I guess we better get adjoining cabins then.....
