Lack of privacy + possible noise

We had a couple of forward-facing OV's on our Millie cruise in the Med in the 6000 series, but they weren't oversized, so I guess we had 6003 and 6002. They were nice enough, but note, you look onto a private crew deck, so you will have no privacy. The center stairwell gets a lot of crew use, so the big, heavy doors to that area are opened and slammed a lot. On the last night, there was a well-attended crew party out on the crew deck. The music was very loud into the wee hours. We called on the noise several times--we felt horrible doing it, but sleeping was impossible. We got no help on that count. Finally, the party faded around 3a.

 

Obviously, I have a hard time recommending those cabins!
