caribbean princess avocado appetizer recipe?

I was on the Caribbean Princess this past May and I love the avocado appetizer. It was half and avocado filled with a wonderful I believe seafood

salad. Does anyone have the recipe? I'd love to make it at home.

I don't have the recipe, but I'll share my recipe for stuffed avocado that I made when I had a catering business. It may be similiar?

 

SEAFOOD STUFFED AVOCADO

 

2 ripe avocados, halved and pit removed

lemon juice

1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined

1/4 lb. lump white crabmeat

3 tbsp. onion, finely diced

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

 

Marinate the shrimp, crabmeat, and onion in Italian dressing for several hours. When ready to serve, rub lemon juice on surface of avocados so they won't turn brown. Fill cavity of avocado with marinated filling. Serve on bed of shredded spring greens mixture. This will serve 4. Bon Appetit!:)
