You're the Designer: Build the Carnival Vista!

We already know its 135K tons with 4K passengers so no changing that but, what new venues would you add? What venues would you take away? Where would they be placed? How many passengers would your ship hold? What new innovations would appear? What would your buffet set up look like? What's the color scheme? I don't want to know what the rumors are, just wanna know what YOU would do.

The sky's the limit everyone. Let your imagination run wild ;)

I would probably put more drink stations around all the decks with an option for filling your ice bucket then all of the a/c I would make work so if you wanted a cold room you could have one if you wanted heat you could do that also, I would also put conditioner in the bathroom all the colors on the ship would be bright and tasteful no more orange rooms and green bathrooms. Just dreamin here don't flame me.......

A true sports bar with good size room away from casino maybe on the Lido deck. It would also be nice if it served bar food such as wings.

I agree with this whole heartedly. Been wishing for a duplicate of NCL's Blue Lagoon/O'Sheehan's forever. A 24 place with pub grub and sports

Waterpark, Elevators facing the ocean, inside cabins with virtual views, more entertainment.

Yes, I love the thought of the insides with virtual views!

I agree with the room colors. I think they finally started to realize how...unappealing that orange is with the Breeze. LOL

The waterworks from the Dream class, but I want one of those "Green Thunder" slides seen on the Spirit!

More pools/hot tubs are always nice

The Waterworks are amazing. One of Carnival's best idea's to date. The "Green Thunder" does look pretty cool :D

No flames here, I like it!

Some cabins geared for & priced for solo cruisers.

There could be a few solo cabins with a shared gathering area, like on the Epic.

Instead of a couch how about a hammock in the cabins - they are better to sleep in if the water is rough. They move with the water - on old ships the infirmaries had hammocks & it was less painful for someone who was injured.

Agree with earlier posters on larger pools and buffalo wings! I'll add two things:

Keep up the great work with Post-Farcus Decor!

and

Expand and section the lido into 3 separate lido-like sections, perhaps by moving the lido deck cabins to another deck. Instead I'd have a large Serenity section with its own Serenity pool/lido, the main section with a larger main pool, and a family lido with a kids pool and the water park.

What would I incoporate on the new Carnival Vista? An iron clad, permanent contract with the port of Mobile (my closest port of embarkation) to sail year round. ;)

Seriously, my main reason for cruising Carnival is price and convenience, so I hope that whatever they come up with for the Vista doesn't increase the cost of cruising on Carnival. I'm honestly fine if they keep what they currently offer on the Dream class. If I want more bells and whistles, there are plenty other cruise lines out there to choose from. Carnival doesn't need to become one of them.

  • Have an Open Air Cigar Bar (only a lid and maybe 2 sided) at the top of the Lido or "F" Deck area where you could actually enjoy a cigar and drink in peace.
  • Pre-ordering your dinner selections from your cabin remotley and when you get to the MDR a button is pushed that you have arrived to activate your order so your food is only minutes away from being served and does not take 1.5 hours. (You said the sky's the limit):D
  • Always LOVED the Lazy River idea:)
  • Hot breakfast and actual dinners available from Room Service.
  • FREE speciality coffees during your entire cruise for PLATINUM guests.

I could go on and on and on;).....
