How do I find if we have any OBC from our booking?

Hello peoples,

We are new to NCL cruising (but not new to cruising), we booked in January for our POA cruise in December 2013.

I don't see anywhere on our booking, that we have any OBC for booking a balcony stateroom.

How do I find out, other than ringing and asking?:)

Go to NCL site and log in to MY NCL Then click on vacation summary tab. On the left in the blue column if you have OBC it will list onboard spending.

Did you book directly with NCL or with a Travel Agent? Only OBC from NCL, or NCL sponsored will show up at MyNCL. If you got OBC from your travel agent, it should show on your confirmation but will not show up on MyNCL.

We don't get OBC with our booking because at the time of booking it was not offered.

 

Oh well!! no harm in asking is there.
