My husband and I are looking for others who are interested in doing an Alla tour to Moscow on the 2nd day in St. Petersburg. This is *the* place to find others who might want to share a shore excursion or tour in a port of call. Roll Call forums are available for most major cruise lines and ships. Reading What is a ROLL CALL and how do I find mine? (that is a link) can also help you understand the function of the Roll Call forums here on the CC. There were other ideas in the e-mail on how to best use the CC. It may be worth reading again. We've used Alla in St. Petersburg and had a wonderful time. Please respond if you would be interested.:) If you are as new to Cruising as you are to Cruise Critic (Welcome!!!, by the way :D ), then you might want to rethink the Moscow idea entirely. Getting to Moscow from St. Petersburg is difficult, dirty, expensive and wildly inconvenient. The hotels are completely diabolical (just read the reviews on Trip Advisor :eek:). By the time that you subtract all the travel time and the time that you spend checking in and out of things; you're left with about three hours of sightseeing. St. Petersburg itself has so very much to offer that you could never cover more than a fraction in three WEEKS, never mind three days.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
