SamFritz Posted July 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2013 I know, why would you want to ruin a perfectly good Italian dinner with gluten free pasta? However, the menu at Giovanni's table is so enticing and full of great pasta dishes but DW and DS both have celiac. So a here's a simple question: Do they have gluten free pasta as an option at Giovanni's table? If not, we'll probably skip it and go to Chops. The_Honeymooners Posted February 10, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2014 Just bumping this up in the hopes someone has any information. Taking a quickie on the Vision in July for the first time without our little cherubs.
Rare NorbertsNiece Posted February 10, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2014 The best thing I can suggest is go see the Maitre d' there after boarding ..... I've had mixed results with GF in Portofino on different ships... I've had good and bad GF pasta in the MDR.... I'm conscious also over how they manage sauces in 'specialty' dining.... I've yet to try any other alternate dining venue on RCCL as a GF passenger... the result in my head is whether it's worth the extra charge when they're still refining the experience for GF diners.....
