Hi All

My Partner and I are booked onto this cruise, departing from Rome on Sept 20. It's our first major cruise, so we are quite excited! We were hoping to contact a few people ahead of the cruise, although there has not been much activity on the forums yet. Anyone else going?

Hi Guys,

We're a gay married couple from Scotland travelling on this cruise. We've done a few cruises before - including one on the Solstice after our civil partnership. Be nice to meet for a drink on the first night - then if you hate us you can ignore us for the rest of the cruise!!

Really excited about this trip. When do you guys get to Rome?

Hiya. I get in the morning of the cruise. BA from London. I am meeting friends on the ship. It's just me, Bryan. I lost my husband, Roger, last year, so now I cruise alone. :-(

Cruising was a passion for us. PASSION! Do enjoy your trip. Excitement for me goes into over drive when I receive my luggage tags. lol.

Where in Essex are you? I'm in SW 19.

Hi Britlads,

why don't we meet in Michaels Club at 7.00pm on the first evening? We've cruised before so if you've any questions leave an email address and we'll get back to you. By the way, we have joined a small group who are doing a tour to Ephesus - don't know if it's your thing but there might still be 2 spaces (it's about 25euros each for a 5 hour trip)? Hi all -

 

My partner and I will also be joining you on the Sept 20 sailing. We are from the U.S. and will be flying to Rome tomorrow evening via Frankfurt. We are meeting my Mom & sis in Rome for a night and then the 4 of us are off to the cruise. We just now discovered this web site, thus sorry we didn't reach out earlier. With luck, perhaps we can meet up with you at Michael's Club at 7 PM on the first evening as well.

 

So happy vacation is finally here! :)

Hello All, On our Honeymoon, would love to join you in Michaels for a drink first night. We are a straight couple who finally found the right mate. Would love to meet some good people aboard the cruise. Gerry and James, the Ephesus tour would be an option if there is still room. We are in Roma enjoying a few nights prior - leaving from the Crowne Plaza Friday morning to head to the ship.
