Cape Liberty - Large Group Transportation?

Hi All! We are going to be a large group on the Quantum of the Seas Jan 23rd 2015 sailing out of Cape Liberty (wedding cruise). Our group is going to be around 30 people with the majority from Philly and NYC/Long Island.

 

I am trying to brainstorm the best way to get all of us to the pier the cheapest way possible. Public transit is out since we will have young kids and older individuals, which will make it a huge hassle. Originally my thought was to have us all stay in a nearby hotel and take a shuttle to the pier but I wrongly assumed that the hotel would provide the shuttle complimentary.

 

We aren't overly picky about the hotel as long as it is safe and clean. Any ideas? I tried checking out Stay123 but it looks like they don't book that far in advance. I don't need exact numbers at this point but just looking for a general idea as to what our best options are going to be.
