Does anyone know why HAL aren't doing tours to the Tunnels from Saigon on the March 3rd 2014 Cruise.

Interesting. Here's my response to the "What did you like best thread":

 

Seeing Vietnam for myself, crawling through a former vietcong tunnel and experiencing first hand what things were like in the war, watching a veteran chat with friendly natives in the land he had once considered the enemy.

I don't have an answer to your question except that it's still early. I think there's a possibility that excursion choices will be added as you get closer to your cruise. At least I hope so.

Very interesting place. Even if not offered by HAL, try to go via private tour.

We missed out on a Costa Cruise 3 yrs ago & were going to get in early this time, however even though it is listed as a tour on their general excursion site when I tried to book for our Cruise it said not available on this Cruise. Sooooo we are hoping that it is just too early yet, as it is such a popular tour.
