Table Tennis on the Eclipse

For those that have sailed on the Eclipse, could you advise if Table Tennis is available all the time, or just selected hours?

 

Is it available to just turn up and play, or only at competition times?

I saw one table tennis table and the only time it was used that I could tell was when there was an Officer's tournament, even then no one really paid much attention. I never saw passengers using it. Given the location where they kept it (near the pool) there wasn't really space to have it set up all the time for it to be used regularly. Plus there is only one that I know of and there did not seem to be any demand on my cruise.

Saw one set up sometimes at the area just outside Celebrity Central, between there and Quasar in the atrium also used for photographs on formal nights. It seemed to be just a few hours at a time on selected days, not permanently installed.

There were two set up in the Sky Lounge Conference Center. I'm nor sure of the hours, but the doors were always open when I walked by.
