Insurance question

Was wondering in any non scuba divers use DAN for insurance? Someone at work told me that you can use their insurance even if your not a diver. You just have to be a member($35 individual $55 family). They have several insurance options available but seem reasonably priced. Just looking for input if anyone has positive or negative experiences with them. We cruise 2-3 times per year and their annual travel insurance seems like it might be a good option. More worried about medical evacuation then trip cancellation.
