Tech question

I'm sure this is the wrong spot, but I'm not sure what the right spot is. I'm trying to look at the ports of call boards and it is telling me I need to be registered and logged in to see the posts. As evidenced by this post, I obviously am both! Any help? Something I may be missing?

I went back and it is just the USA sub forum?
