Best Beach in Bahamas?

Hello everyone. I am arriving to Nassau courtesy of the NCL EPIC on Friday, 11/8/13. We are there from 12pm to 7pm, but it gets dark early. I was excited to see Atlantis, but heard they charge for everything. I might just wait to go over there to check it out. So, what is better than just having a nice lazy day at a beach or resort? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Best resort/day pass?

 

With day light savings, is it worth a day pass? Or maybe just go to beach at noon and then Atlantis when it gets dark?
