Clam Shell Rental

I will be at Coco Cay with the Fascination in December. I was thinking of renting a Clam Shell. My question is this:

Do I have to pay $49.99 for each person with me? That seems like a lot of money ($200) for an hour or so for 4 people, 2 whom are children? Or do I just pay $49.99 and everyone with me gets to use it?

No, you only pay once, just like the cabana pricing.

Do I even need to rent one? and does anyone know how much the beach chairs are? I could just grab a couple of those if need be?

Beach chairs are free. Two chairs fit under the clam shell. If you'd like shade, they're useful.
