Check out this link, it has hotels listed that offer park-n- cruise options:

Some hotels have shuttles, some do not. You want to look at either the West Ashley area, near the college, or Mt. Pleasant area (downtown does not offer complimentary parking for your cruise - parking is at a premium). Some of North Charleston area not as good to stay in.

 

Last time on Fantasy we stayed at the Best Western in Mt. Pleasant. This time we are at the Red Roof Inn in Mt. Pleasant ($65 for their park-n-cruise rate). Neither has a shuttle, but several taxi services are around $20 to the port.
