Halong Bay. Bai Chay

Does anyone know if the International Park complex, located close to Bai Chay beach and the market, is still operating. Specifically the Cultural Dancing Theatre, Water Puppet Theatre, restaurant area. (the complex would appear to be part of the Royal International Corporation, and includes a hotel).

All my emails have bounced so I suspect they no longer exist, but we would appreciate anyone with first hand knowledge the current situation to advise us.

To update my original post we have been told, on another site, the venue closed a "few years ago".
