dottyparka Posted August 15, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2013 Sailing in the Epic in September and was curious: If I prebook (and prepay) for the restaurants, can I change the reservation time/days or even cancel them once onboard? I would NOT be booking that La Cucina/Le Bistro/Cagney's package.
Va. Plumber Posted August 15, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2013 Since you apparently don't know when or where you may want to eat, why bother to make advance reservations? With the exception of Teppanyaki, you should be able to make reservations after sailing. I have never not been able to get a reservation at any of the other places. dottyparka Posted August 15, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted August 15, 2013 As I said in my original post, I'd like to PREPAY them. This would allow me to avoid VAT.
Tiggertastic Posted August 16, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2013 yes, you can change them, we often do There are 3 ways to do it without cancelling: The Maitre D at each restaurant The dining reservations desk in reception by ringing dining reservations from any phone Or if you want to cancel - with 24 hours notice, you can do that the same way or by doing it on your TV

rvsullivan Posted August 16, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 16, 2013 And if you pre pay and cancel on board you will be refunded as an ONC not to your credit card. Also if you cancel and rebook different dining they should charge VAT. You would be able to change booking times without a problem, but changing dates would probably be a cancellation.
