How far is the Fulton Garage to the actual Erato Street port?

I believe they offer a shuttle. I only know this because I've been checking them out myself

How far is the Fulton Garage to the actual Erato Street port?

It's only a couple of blocks or so, but with the Convention Center and Cruise Terminal traffic, I would hate to walk it with luggage. It gets extrememly congested. They offer free shuttle service to and from the port. It will probably be very busy, but they run the shuttles on a continuous loop, so the wait is shorter than you would think.
